  • New rules for Paul and May Chu UG research awards and Luk Kam-Biu Prize for UG research are applied for the 2023 exercise.
  • Man Wai Katherine LAI won the 2022 Luk Kam-Biu Prize for Undergraduate Research.
  • Michael Alexander KURNIAWAN and Chi San Ivor LEUNG won the 2022 Paul and May Chu Undergraduate Research Award (Honorable Mention)
  • The 2022 Physics Service Award is suspended.
  • Yan Yan CHAN won the 2021 and also the first Luk Kam-Biu Prize for Undergraduate Research.
  • Ka Wun Casey LEUNG won the 2021 Paul and May Chu Undergraduate Research Award.
  • Yu Lam KWOK and Wang To Anthony AU won the 2021 Paul and May Chu Undergraduate Research Award (Honorable Mention)
  • The 2021 Physics Service Award is suspended.
  • The 2021/2022 PHYS entry scholarships will be issued not by application. All new undergraduate students majoring in physics will be evaluated.
  • The 2019 Physics Service Award was awarded to Wai Ki WONG.
  • The 2019 Paul and May Chu Undergraduate Research Award is awarded to Bohan LI, and the Honorable Mention is awarded to King Chun WONG.
  • Tong Wang received 2018 Paul & May Chu UG Research Award, the highest departmental hornor to UG student research work. Long Him CHEUNG received the honorable mentions.
  • Pok Man TAM received 2017 Paul & May Chu UG Research Award, the highest departmental hornor to UG student research work. I-Hsuan KAO and Aditya Varna IYER received the honorable mentions.
